tldr: We finally just wrapped up a project that ended up taking 6 months from start to finish. We dealt with frequent miscommunication, complete lack of communication, schedule changes/delays, questionable storage practices, things not being done when they said they would be, etc.. Overall we are certain we would of had a better experience elsewhere. Would not recommend. Frontline arrived 9/30/25 to begin removing half our flooring, kitchen cabniets and crawl space insulation to dry everything out due to a water leak the night before. Work was completely paused until the end of December due to communication delays with frontline, delays in getting estimate exchanges, and back and forth communication with our insurance and frontline. We were told construction would start on 2/9/26 and be completed by 2/20 so we moved into an airbnb for the two weeks in hopes to not delay work any further. Work didnt end up starting until 2/10 due to a staff illness, but no big deal, we were told it wouldn't impact the timeline. We get notification two day's before we are supposed to move back that the: trim is incomplete, the countertop template was "just" completed the day prior and it will take an additional 4 weeks to come in, but assured us they would locate a temporary countertop solution, all appliances would be put back and our furniture will be all moved back in for when we arrive on Saturday. Also learned that day they broke our toilet (because a plumber called us first/ not informed by frontline) but thankfully frontline took accountability for that cost and replaced it before we returned home. (We did have to specifically ask them to remove and dispose of the broken toilet they left in our garage two weeks later). We return on the saturday afternoon , 2/21 to find: no countertops, no sink, appliances disconnected and sitting in the middle of the floor (dishwasher, stove, Microwave& sink) an outlet hanging out of the wall/exposed wiring, a back door that was left unlocked, laundry room doors not rehung, broken toilet in the garage, two pieces of furniture missing and construction dust dumped directly outside of the door on our outdoor rug/ seating area. Absolutely unacceptable and the exact opposite of what they communicated. Requests for clarification or explanations on delays, schedule changes and missing furniture were met with "we don't know what caused the delay" , "the person who has those answers isn't working today" and "we'll be back sometime next week". My two pieces of missing furniture were each returned separately....which felt odd, and my partner had to help carry it in the house because only one frontline employee arrived. They provided us with a temporary countertop solution (4 days after we moved back in) and were told the final step is countertop install on March 6th. Fast forward to March 6th for countertop install date. We get excited because we're told this is the finish line. Company arrives to install counters Friday at 12pm but tells us they dont disconnect or reinstall sinks, once again, leaving us without a kitchen sink going into a weekend. We installed our own for the weekend and had to wait for a different contractor to come out the following Monday and Tuesday to fully install and seal everything. Overall, it took from sept 29th when Jake (i think) showed up to give an estimate to March 13th to have our kitchen fully working, functioning and finished. Come to also find out in April, they never replaced the insulation in our crawl space under the kitchen ๐Ÿ™„ Individually, these delays and bumps would have been fine but this many issues stacked up feels ridiculous, amature and disorganized. The whole process was a nightmare and I would not recommend trusting this company to manage your water leaks and remodeling project. The pros: they packed up the whole downstairs of our home and we only ended up with two broken items (both easily replaceable). We also appreciate Danny for being open to hearing all of our complaints.

Water damage is never a fun experience, but the Frontline team delivered excellent results from start to finish. They also were instrumental in helping me understand a complicated process. Jamal handled the actual restoration work and was prompt, courteous, and very easy to work with. He did a great job cleaning up and thoroughly drying everything out. Jake managed the process overall and was equally great. The whole team has been communicative, responsive, and on top of things throughout. Both Jamal and Jake made a stressful situation much easier to deal with, and I always felt informed about what was happening and what to expect next. I hope to never have a leak like this again, but if I do, I will absolutely rely on the Frontline team.

Darius, Austin, Danny and Jamal were an incredible team working on our basement that got flooded from a washing machine leak. Frontline were really communicative through the whole process, the crew was super clean and explained everything they were doing. We were really impressed with how well everything got sealed off - There was no dust in the rest of the house during the demo phase. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and hard work were fantastic. We got a few quotes for the work that needed to be done, and Darius and his crew were the only ones that would actively manage the work with our insurance company, vs us having to do that leg work too. All in all, really happy with the quality of the work, and the folks working our job.
