If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Dealing with water damage is stressful enough, thankfully, Eco Water Restoration took so much of that burden off our shoulders. Our technician, Ivan, was absolutely incredible. From day one, he was punctual, honest, professional, and always took the time to explain what was happening and what the next steps would be. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. What impressed me the most was how Eco Water Restoration advocated for us throughout the entire insurance process. Our insurance company was difficult to work with but Ivan and the front desk manager - Samantha fought on our behalf, handled the communication, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable. They truly had our best interests in mind every step of the way. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they treated our home with the utmost care and respect. It’s rare to find a company that’s not only highly skilled but also compassionate and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I can’t recommend Eco Water Restoration enough. I had a water leak that spread throughout my entire kitchen, dining room, and more. I was able to turn off the valve that night. The next morning I didn’t know what to do between insurance, drying, demolition. I called Eco at 8am and Bailey was at my house within ~2 hours even though the leak had already stopped. He put my mind at ease reassuring me they had tons of experience working with insurance and that they could take care of everything. Demolition, mold removal and prevention, drying. He set up blowers and dehumidifiers that same day. They guided me through the whole process. I couldn’t believe the amount of work Bailey and Serge did between the two of them. It was pretty intensive demo and masking work (kitchen, dining, AND crawlspace) all done in one day by Bailey and Serge. It was seriously impressive! These guys are great and they saved my house. THANK YOU ECO!
Eco was great from the first call. The technician showed up within 30 minutes of calling them, and did a thorough inspection pointing out the area that were wet. During the drying and tearing out they kept constant communication and at the end had a very detailed report. Samantha worked with the insurance on the billing side, she was pleasant and got the bill covered in full. I would totally recommend Eco Water Restoration of Tacoma and use them again if needed.
