I had a water leak that spread throughout my entire kitchen, dining room, and more. I was able to turn off the valve that night. The next morning I didn’t know what to do between insurance, drying, demolition. I called Eco at 8am and Bailey was at my house within ~2 hours even though the leak had already stopped. He put my mind at ease reassuring me they had tons of experience working with insurance and that they could take care of everything. Demolition, mold removal and prevention, drying. He set up blowers and dehumidifiers that same day. They guided me through the whole process. I couldn’t believe the amount of work Bailey and Serge did between the two of them. It was pretty intensive demo and masking work (kitchen, dining, AND crawlspace) all done in one day by Bailey and Serge. It was seriously impressive! These guys are great and they saved my house. We had a flooding in our home and we didn't know what to do, I called to many companies but no one was available but when I called them Mr. Ivan was at my door after 5 minutes. He was very professional, patient, understanding and explained everything to us thoroughly. 100% recommend.
We had a drain leak inside our kitchen wall that damaged a large section of flooring, walls, cabinets and subfloor. Ivan and his team got everything torn out, sanitized and dried in a timely and professional manner. They took great care in preserving our granite countertops during the demo, which was a huge relief. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of restoration services.
