Aaron was just amazing and so knowledgeable. He went over and beyond to help us. He came out quickly and started the job right away. We are very happy with his company. He took the time to explain every step and I felt he was very trustworthy. He was patient and kind and just such a nice guy to work with. While out of the country I was contacted by a neighbor that my house had suffered from a burst water pipe. My insurance company gave me the names of several large mitigation companies but all were busy. I then found Rainier Fire and Water Restoration and spoke with Aaron. He too was busy but he said he didn’t want to leave me stranded in mid Winter and he met with me two days later when I returned to Seattle. Aaron is well versed in the complexities of damage mitigation as well as working with insurance companies. He was very thorough and detailed in his approach to documenting, mitigating and cleaning up at the end. Large fans and dehumidifiers were strategically placed to dry out the structure as much as possible in order to eliminate the risk of mold, rot and/or insect infestation that could occur months after the rebuild. Any evidence of mold or trapped moisture required Aaron and his crew to remove the material, whether it be drywall, wood flooring, carpeting or tile floor. He explained all of these steps as they proceeded. Crucially, after all necessary material was removed Aaron continued to come by every few days for a couple weeks to get moisture readings until moisture levels returned to normal. Aaron also helped me in communicating with my insurer and informing me of what to expect from both my insurance company and my rebuild contractor. I relied on him as an advocate for me and I can’t thank him enough for all his help, patience and professionalism. You really can’t find anyone better for mitigating damage to your home. I have complete confidence in Rainier Fire and Water Restoration and wouldn’t hesitate to contact them should another emergency strike.

Had a great experience with Rainier Water Damage Restoration. Called late in the evening when we had a sudden washer leak and Aaron came out quickly and got the entire area set up with blowers and dehumidifiers promptly. Came to check on it daily and his setup was so thorough it was mostly dried out within a couple days. Professional and easy to work with, timely response was much appreciated and definitely minimized damage in our home!
