I had a very positive experience working with Pacific Northwest Restoration during major apartment fire restoration and rebuild project. The property sustained significant damage, with over 80% of the building affected by the fire. From the very beginning, Slavik, the owner, responded quickly, came out to the property personally with his crew, and performed a thorough and professional assessment of the damages. He and his team were extremely helpful throughout the insurance adjustment process and helped guide me through the steps needed to move the project forward. Their project managers, Laris and Val, were professional, responsive, organized, and easy to work with. Communication was always timely, and I didn't feel the need to constantly supervise or follow up. Their team acted quickly to help secure and partially demo the property right away, which was critical in minimizing delays. Once permits were issued, a process they also helped navigate, they completed both the restoration and rebuilding work promptly, with good quality workmanship, solid attention to detail, and good speed. I am very happy with the quality of work, communication, responsiveness, and professionalism provided by Pacific Northwest team. They are good people, good professionals, and a reputable company that genuinely cared about me as a client and the outcome of the project. I would do business with them again and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for restoration, rebuilding, or construction services.

After a devastating fire destroyed our garage and caused severe smoke damage throughout our entire home, We chose Pacific Northwest Restoration to handle the rebuild. It was the best decision we could have made. They completely took control of the situation and handled everything from start to finish. They built us a brand-new, beautiful garage and completely restored the inside of our home. Our project manager, Val, was incredibly Awesome professional, kind, and reassuring during a very stressful time.
