The GM has no actual work experience. Kustom promised me the moon but I quickly learned they would say anything with zero follow through. After my project director repeatedly lied to me I attempted to communicate with his supervisor, the GM. The GM told me that he personally had never done any of the work and didn’t know how to do the work - he was boasting. The GM is clueless and blindly had his project director’s back. If you want a suit managing your project these are your guys.
Could not recommend these guys more highly! After being left with a disastrous situation attempting to work with Paul Davis (recommended by our insurance company) - long story short the other company was quick on the demo & left us for months with no progress towards actual renovation. Thankfully once we found Kustom they saved the day in no time! GREAT COMMUNICATION, quick turnaround and unprompted weekly updates. Our project manager Terry was on top of it and all the sub-contractors were professional and efficient. Before pics were what we were left with for over 2 months in the dead of winter from Paul Davis. After is ~ 2 weeks of work from Kustom’s guys. (Don’t judge on the bathroom flooring color mismatch that was our own purchase)
Everett and Frank was Awesome, they took care of my home, making sure no debris was floating, they were attentive to our critters, and very courteous and sharing their activity to make sure we understand the steps needed to make sure we are covered. They provided the best service, and ensured that the work being done was enclosed allowing us to travel between areas with minimal impact. We recommend their services in crises. ~Rene
