2.5 stars- this is a two part review. I had some water damage to my home due to plumbing issues. I would highly recommend Rainbow Restoration for mitigation. The team was prompt and worked diligently. This was my first time dealing with a situation of this nature so I was leary about the whole process. I do not recommend Rainbow Restoration if you are looking to restore your home. After the mitigation, the plumbers came in and replaced my main sewer line. I live on a slab so they had to break up my flooring. Plumbers came in and completed their part in about a week. If only I knew what I knew now...the restoration part. This phase took forever. Between drafting and submitting the documentation to my homeowner's insurance, securing contractors and then having the contractors complete the job. Water damage occurrred at the end June 2025, mitigation and plumbing was completed by mid July...we did not move back into our home until mid October. If the contractors worked diligently the repairs could have been completed in a week. My items were stored in the warehouse where they were supposed to sanitize them but my items were returned very dusty. The second project manager was very communicative but the time it took to complete the job was very extensive. The first project manager was lame. I also felt if I wasn't in communication with them it would have been very easy for my project to have slipped through the cracks. They seem very busy and take on more jobs than they have manpower for. In a nutshell, I recommend Rainbow for mitigation and I do not recommend them restoration- you'll make better time finding your own contractors to complete the job.
We have had a great experience with Johnny and Rainbow Restoration after experiencing storm damage to our roof that lead to interior water damage. Johnny came out on a weekend to tarp our roof and he and his crew came back out as soon as we had insurance approval to take down our damaged ceiling and remediate the moisture and mold. The team was communicative, courteous, and attentive. I appreciated the daily check ins with a heads up before arrival, as well as the steps taken to ensure that our home was clean and safe throughout the process.
Rainbow Restoration did an amazing and professional job from start to finish. From the mitigation work, showing up within hours to the reconstruction process. The whole team was amazing! Adam was so professional and a huge help, Kaitlyn was amazing within the office and keeping me updated. I definitely recommend Rainbow for anybody’s mitigation and reconstruction needs.
