I worked Brittney and Stephanie primarily. The bottom half of our house flooded after a water hose leak to the refrigerator. This went on for 10 days while we were away. The hardwood floors and plaster walls were destroyed and moldy. Servopro came out the night we got home and started a cleanup process. Following that they sent in insurance estimates and helped us rebuild. We basically rebuilt the kitchen and bath and put down new hardwood floors. The home now looks better than it did before the flood.

We cannot thank the team at Servpro enough for their incredibly fast response. The hot water heater burst on the 3rd floor of our condo. It is not our primary residence, so we have no idea how long water was gushing out. They arrived within an hour or so and begin mitigation right away. A special shout out to Jade, James and Chris B. for the work that they did with care and diligence. An additional shout out to Charles, the project manager. He came by daily to check moisture readings, took pictures and communicated everything with us. He was knowledgeable, kind, easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. They are always willing to answer questions and address any concerns. They truly exemplify professionalism. Mike P and Tony have been fantastic at moving our furniture.
