Anderson and Brandon were fantastic throughout the mitigation and demolition process. They were professional, courteous, and took the time to walk me through each step so I always knew what to expect. Adam, the Mitigation Manager, was responsive, professional, and always available to answer my questions. He's been involved throughout the entire process and made sure everything ran smoothly. The entire team provided outstanding customer service, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and communication.
We had a great experience with the restoration team. They made sure everything was thoroughly dried and came back promptly to retrieve all of the equipment once the job was complete.
