Terrible experience. Insurance fraud and bad work. They claimed so many fans and had 2-3 that worked. Had to text the owner Benjamin and Brandon asking why we didnt have a fan in our crawl space for 6 days. Have them on camera abusing our furniture, talking about doing bad things, and didn't even tarp or humidify our place. Big issues...stay far away. They don't even answer my attorneys calls. ...beware...they are not good people...they said movers would be moving our furniture I have suh contractors and employees of mine..(apparently Christine his wife is the moving company??)..it was a work van and we have video of them throwing our items unwrapped into their vehicles...not moving trucks 🚚 Even put boxes on boxes to charge for more boxes!!! Then didnt show back up with even my sons headboard to his bed and said our furniture was broken...sucks when insurance fraud catches up to you...bad bad karma. They left my coffee table in the rain while they smoked and then put it in the POD we had to pay extra for, from another company because they couldn't supply photos or our furniture after 6 requests!!!! Run dont walk from this company...more to come!! Even their counter parts like Valley construction text me that they are fraud.
Our house has a sewage backup,it was beyond disgusting! 911 restoration was amazing. They showed up within 45 minutes and got right to work cleaning it up. Ben and his team where awesome! Matt and Brandon where extremely knowledgeable and professional. This is the third time that my house has flooded in 10 years and they are definitely the best company around. My house is all fixed up and it is better than before the disaster happened. I hope that I never have to go through this again, but if I do,I know who I'm going to call. My house looks better than it did before the flood. Totally amazing so happy to have my house back. Thank you 911 Restoration
Matt and Tony were very quick and professional. They were very patient with my kids and dog. Our family situation is unique in that my kids are disabled and they were very kind and caring about it. Even when I was stressed. Thank you.
