Recently I learned how important it is to leave a review to help others. I personally rely a lot on reviews when deciding to hire a service or buy something. In December, we had an accident that caused flooding in my house. RestoreMaster responded quickly, and as soon as they arrived, they immediately got to work. I was truly amazed by how professional, efficient, and hardworking the team was. Lizandro, Trey, Dylan, Edward, and Nathan were absolutely amazing—very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the process. They worked fast and did an excellent job. It honestly felt like having family working in my own home. I’m very grateful for everything they did and highly recommend them.

I haven’t personally used RestoreMasters’ services, but I’ve had the pleasure of working with the owner, Mike Shurtliff, through my company, Sheer Ambrosia Bakery. Mike is one of those rare business owners who truly understands the value of showing appreciation to his team and clients. He's on his third order of our 1-pound bags of granola with a little note that read, “You’re a KEY ingredient in our success!”—each bag complete with a key-shaped bottle opener attached. I loved seeing how much thought he put into celebrating the people who make his business thrive. Mike’s commitment to gratitude and genuine care for others is inspiring, and it’s no surprise that RestoreMasters continues to grow under his leadership.

The connection from our water line to the toilet seal broke, which caused our bathroom to flood. Shortly after, our downstairs neighbor came up to report a leak from their ceiling. We called Restoremasters to make sure there was no water damage or mold buildup. Mike was absolutely fantastic. He stayed in constant communication about his arrival time, thoroughly assessed our situation, and confirmed that there was no water damage. He even offered to go downstairs to check our neighbor’s walls and vents to be safe. Everything checked out, and the peace of mind alone was worth it. Mike and the entire Restoremasters team were truly amazing. They were honest, detailed, and transparent about what was happening, assessed both units carefully, and gave us clear recommendations on what to address with our plumber for the toilet repair and how to dry the area. On top of that he helped our downstairs neighbor with an unrelated issue in another bathroom. Exceptional service, integrity, and professionalism. We will absolutely use Restoremasters again!!!!
