Great company to work with. They responded so quick after the initial call of the basement flooding. Kenya was so helpful through the whole process from helping file the insurance claim(never had to do this before) to explaining everything so I understood what was happening. They did amazing work of cleanup and demo. Every employee that showed up for the work(Conner, Dylan, LJ, and others) were very friendly and did amazing with making sure everything was taken care of as it should. If this situation were to ever happen again, which I hope not, I will be calling Standard Restoration! Brady the project manager has an amazing team and I am so grateful they were the company we chose to do this job!
We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Standard Restoration after an unexpected flood in our kitchen. From start to finish, Brady, our project manager, was responsive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He explained every step of the mitigation process and guided us through what could have been an overwhelming situation. The mitigation team, Kenya, Dylan, LJ, and Ruben, made a chaotic week so much easier with their hard work, professionalism, and genuinely positive attitudes. They were communicative, showed up on time, and handled every part of the job with care. They ultimately had to remove most of our hardwood flooring and much of our kitchen cabinetry to ensure everything dried properly. This was a huge undertaking, and Kenya led the demo phase with impressive skill. She is a careful, thorough problem-solver who clearly takes pride in her work. Brady also made sure to be present when our insurance adjuster visited so he could answer questions, and he has continued to respond quickly whenever we’ve needed anything. We highly recommend Standard Restoration for any kind of unexpected cleanup or mitigation project. I hope we don't have to work with them again haha, but they would be the first number I'd call if I ever have another issue. 10/10.
Standard restoration was great to work with from the initial walk through and quote with Brady to the end of the clean up. Communication with everyone was excellent! Dylan, Connor, Alex and Lj were professional, respectful and did great work. Dylan and Brady were especially patient in answering all of my questions and concerns. Thank you all so much!
