Jared Seecrist & his crew did an exceptional job on repairing water damage on our wood floor from a broken valve on sub zero refrigerator. Jared responded immediately to my call & receptionist Melissa was very exceptionally helpful & friendly. Highly recommend them.
No one ever wants a flood, but if you ever find yourself in need, call RainFire Restoration! They came out same day and had us fixed up in no time. Found the mold, got it treated, and took all of my stress away. They will also do all the demo for you if you want/need. Jared was super helpful on the phone and he helped me stay calm because he was so calm and encouraging. RainFire is the best!
A water pipe broke and flooded my basement days before Christmas and a plan trip out of state. Rain Fire came almost immediately to begin the restoration work. Knowing I had plans to go out of town they went the extra mile to get things done as quickly as possible. I was impressed with all Their staff. My major kudos for them is the way they worked with my insurance company the staff at Rain Fire especially the office manager kept close tabs with me so I always knew what was going on. . All the contractors did the best possible work and shared with me what needed to be done and what they did I was often out of the house and had complete trust in all who came to work on the restoration. I highly recommend Rain Fire . They turned what was a very emotional, stressful situation into a happy ending.
