Billy with TWM was very prompt…arrived same day that I discovered the water issue under my tile. They had equipment onsite within 1 day and provided detailed summary of the loss and remediation work directly to my insurance company. Very friendly. Explained the loss and the steps taken. My insurance adjuster made minor adjustments to the scope and TWM agreed to the updated amount. Very smooth process.
