Tyler and Saul were great to work with. SS was able to come out quickly after my water heater leaked through my garage ceiling. They checked for the extent of damage, dried it all out, and hauled away the demo and damaged items. They also stayed in touch with me throughout the service with updates. Highly recommend!
I had such a great experience with SS Water Restoration! From the very first call to the final day of the job, everything was handled professionally and with care. The front desk was always responsive and helpful, which immediately put me at ease. Jacob and Saul were absolutely wonderful to work with — they were so kind, respectful, and genuinely cared about doing a great job. Their work was excellent, and they made sure everything was done right from start to finish. What really stood out to me was their honesty. I had received several unbelievably high quotes before, but SS Water Restoration offered fair, transparent pricing without any pressure. It made a huge difference in my decision, and I’m so glad I chose them. I truly felt like I was in good hands the entire time. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone needing restoration services!
SS Water Restoration was amazing. Tuesday we were hit with 80 mph strait line winds that pulled out skylight off. It rained in the house for hours while we waited for the company the insurance company dispatched to come out. When it became obvious that company was not coming out I called FSS Water Restoration. They were there within what seemed like less than an hour. They worked quickly to tarp up the area and pulled wet materials from the house and started running fans. They came back every day to check the levels. I know it would have been so much worse if they had not arrived on Tuesday so fast. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. And Richard was just the best. So nice and very knowledgeable. This was the best experience we have had with a water restoration company.
