Nothing is more stressful than coming home after working a 12-hour shift only to discover your water heater has burst and flooded half your house. Add two under 2 years old and a 9-year-old to the mix, and it feels completely overwhelming. Phoenix Fire & Water Mitigation responded that very night, and by the next day, they had already begun demolition. They carefully moved all of our furniture and belongings, completed the work efficiently, and then put everything back neatly on the concrete slab neatly!! What impressed me most wasn’t just the speed—it was the level of care. When my oldest son’s asthma started flaring up from the dust, they immediately left us a HEPA air filter to help improve the air quality. That simple act showed they genuinely cared about my family’s well-being, not just finishing the job. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They were responsive with both our insurance company and the reconstruction team, making an incredibly stressful situation much easier to navigate. I’ll admit, I was initially hesitant about hiring a smaller, locally owned company instead of one of the larger restoration companies. I’m so glad I did though, the attention to detail, compassion, and personal service we received would have been hard to find elsewhere. I also enjoyed hearing the owner’s story about her background as a firefighter—it was clear that helping people during emergencies isn’t just a business, it’s who she is. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the people they serve.
Tabitha and her team are absolutely AMAZING. She was quick to respond to any questions, reliable, trustworthy, and dependable. We had some water damage from our shower onto the the neighboring wall and they did such a good job. Very impressed and would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!
