I have been dealing with this group for 9 months and nothing they claim actually happens. The demo department charges for what they did not complete and claim to clean items you don't even own. They bring me other people's contents and seem to have no idea what I am saying when I tell them it is not mine. They keep saying they are bringing the rest of my belongings (plan was Saturday but no show) no response to email. Back in May they started bringing my items and they dropped them off and then after very little help I was told to do it myself and keep up with my hours. If I try to ask them about my hours, again I am ignored. They have been paid many 10's of thousands of dollars to do a job they are not doing. They change their policies every month apparently due to the manager changes his mind. What was -we will keep your items until insurance pays you has turned into - we need more room and need to throw away your items. I asked for my non salvage list first as told but cannot seem to get that. They claim they will not disrupt your schedule but after 9 months of knowing I work full time they suddenly claim to need a full week day to finish the small list they created for completion. In the meantime I am here by myself still emptying boxes and putting items away. My supposedly restored items are an absolute mess, pinked loads of laundry, all items scrambled together with no care as to where they came from or where they belong. They claim to be treating you with respect while they lie to you and I have the emails to prove it. What they claim to provide has nothing to do with what actually happens. NO they do not restore your items and put them away. They call you and say their whole crew called in do it yourself.. Take a look at what people other than me are saying. Unless you want a bunch of headaches and lies hire a different company.

Since USA Restoration Pros has refused to clean up the trash after a roof replacement and have ignored my attempts to contact them I will have to try to do so here. To who it concerns at USA Restoration Pros: Please send out a crew to finish the clean up from the roof replacement that was finished on 5/28/25. I have received complaints from neighbors about the debris and I had to purchase a magnet broom to clean up the nails to be able to use my yard or driveway. Since the tarp with the tiles and debris remained on my lawn for nearly a week during a heat wave, large parts of my lawn have died. During the repairs, one of my string LED lights was destroyed, plants were damaged and the outdoor weather electrical outlets were left open which tripped the GFCI. After I filled a garbage can with roofing tiles following neighbor complaints on June 1st, your crew did pick up the tarps and the remaining tiles however a significant amount of trash and equipment, including nails,drip edge, ladders, gloves, coffee cups, etc., still remain. Further, I had to repair my fence panels and gate that were dismantled by your crew. The gate was dismantled because I was not informed of the start date of the repair or asked to unlock the gates until after repairs began. All gates were left open by your crew following the repairs. Richard has stated that the window screens for the final repairs will take 2 to 3 weeks to fabricate however this is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for the clean up. Please inform me when a clean up crew will be able to stop by and I will unlock the gate.
