We were shocked by the condition this unit was left in after the cleaning was completed. A social worker paid for this service to help a resident, and unfortunately the work was far below professional standards. The photos speak for themselves—trash remained in drawers, cabinets were dirty inside and out, the refrigerator and freezer still had visible debris, and multiple surfaces that were listed on the estimate as “heavy cleaned” were clearly not. Considering the invoice exceeded $4,000, this was unacceptable.I gave them an opportunity to make it right. They stated the fridge was not included in the estimate. We cannot recommend this company based on the quality of work we received.

ServPro is simply one of the best companies we have every used! We had the air ducts cleaned in 21 units as well as our office and laundry facilities. Lucas Flores let us know upfront what the cost would be. Roberto and Anthony did a fantastic job of cleaning our air ducts, returns, and servicing our H&A units if needed. They were here every morning, stayed busy and the only time they took a break was for lunch. These guys very professional, courteous, and quick! They serviced all six buildings and 21 units in just over a week. Our elderly tenants are breathing better, their allergies are better and myself and our tenants can't say enough good things bout Roberto and Anthony. We are extremely thankful for the dedicated team of ServPro!! We would use them again and again and HIGHLY recommend them for Airduct cleaning. We have also used them for water restoration after a hot water heater burst and flooded a unit. I would give them 100 stars if I was able to! Thank you again to Lucas, Roberto, Anthony and ServPro! I cannot express enough appreciation for the outstanding level of customer service and care my family received after a severe storm in September 2025 caused a neighbor’s large tree to uproot and crash onto our property. Late that evening, my elderly parents’ home suffered moderate damage, including a downed electrical line that left them without power. LP&L informed us that a licensed electrician would need to make repairs before power could be restored—potentially taking up to two weeks. This delay was critical, as my elderly father depends on oxygen and several home medical devices that require power. When we reached out to ServPro, Mark and his entire team—including the roofer, electrician, and cleanup crew—arrived the very next morning with a clear plan and got to work immediately. They removed the fallen tree, repaired the fence and home damage, and coordinated the electrical restoration seamlessly. Their professionalism, efficiency, and communication throughout the process were exceptional. Within just four to five days, everything was completed—faster than we could have hoped—and the quality of the work far exceeded our expectations. We never had to make a single follow-up call; they handled every detail with care and urgency. Thanks to ServPro, my parents were safe, comfortable, and back to normal in no time. We’re deeply grateful for their compassion and dedication. Hopefully, we will never face storm damage again—but if we do, ServPro will be our first call!
