Evan and Benny not only showed up in a timely manner, but went above and beyond to meet my needs and get me squared away. Super respectful and genuinely cared about my predicament, offered me advice and were just as professional as they were easy to talk to! 5 stars aren’t enough, I would give them 10!
Jon and Evan are the best. We came home from a weekend away to our second slab leak in less than a month and we met with several companies that wanted to charge us thousands of dollars just to dry out the house, not even fix any damaged drywall. One of the local companies that tried to take advantage of our situation rhymes with schmarpet schmech. I called Falcon Flood Services because of their great reviews and Jon came out within an hour or so, even though it was late in the day. They got to work and went above and beyond to give me and my wife peace of mind that we weren’t going to have mold. These guys knew we weren’t filing an insurance claim and they worked with us every step of the way to make sure we weren’t totally screwed financially. They even got me hooked up with a guy who does good drywall work. I cannot speak highly enough of Jon and Evan. These guys have a high attention to detail and won’t leave till the job is done right. They made sure both they and we and were happy. I hope I never have another flood, but if I do I’m calling Falcon Flood Services. They definitely made a super stressful time a lot easier to get through.
Jon and his team are fantastic. Quick response and excellent communication! Had slow moving, overflowing drain and had it dried out quickly and efficiently! I would highly recommend them!
