Justin and his crew did a great job for us after a water leak. They finished quickly and most of all did everything very professionally and respectfully. The area may have been left cleaner than when they arrived. I would highly recommend. Halston was also very easy to work with and explained everything as Justin did.

First off I want to say that the initial response time of CWF was amazing. Josh the project manager for the clean up process was very professional, laid out the steps of the process, answered all of my questions and made me feel confident that my home and family would be taken care of. Once the process started he kept me updated on progress and would always answer my texts or phone calls. The clean up crew did a great job for the most part, however you could tell a few areas were not touched. The cleanup and remediation process ended up costing me over $20,000. I was ok with that because I was told that CWF was going to handle the complete process from the clean up stage all the way through to the end, including the rebuild stage. After the clean up stage, I was told that a different department with CWF would be taking over the rebuild stage and that a new project manager would reach out to me. After a week and a half of not hearing from them, I reached out to Josh for an update. He called the office for me and then called me with bad news. He told me that CWF refused to do the rebuild portion because my home was a manufactured home. He and I were both shocked, because this is something I should have been made aware of in the beginning. CWF sold this to me as a packaged deal and then backed out. I feel like that took me for $20,000. Had I know that they were not going to take care of me as they stated then I would have went with a company that would have done the entire process. My family and I are very eager to return to our home, and now we have wasted another week and a half waiting on CWF just to find out that they had no intention to finish the job. Had I not reached out, who knows how long we would have waited. Thankfully Josh did not want to leave us on an island, so he contacted another company that would do the work for us. I definitely feel that we were way overcharged for the service provided. I would have been ok with paying that if they would have honored their agreement and finished the job. After all of this, Josh and his crew were amazing. As for CWF as a company, I would not recommend them to anyone. I am a firm believer in being transparent and honoring your word and agreements and CWF did not do that. They were just going to leave my family in a home that was half way destroyed and not even communicate that with us. In the future I hope they do not scam any more people who own manufactured homes. A home is a home and when someone loses it to a fire or water damage the people that own those homes should be treated with the same level of respect and decency as those who own other homes. Instead they made us feel like they manipulated us for the clean up portion knowing they never intended to follow through until the end. Very disappointed.

CWF Restoration mitigation team was always on time, very professional and very careful while working in our house. They explained the process from start to finish and worked quickly. Their office has kept in touch with me as well. I would highly recommend CWF for anyone needing restoration and mitigation.
