I had an AC flood issue in my home, and Fernando Smith and Tyrese Dicky with Paul Davis Property Restoration did an outstanding job helping me through the process. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and treated my home like it was their own. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to address the water damage and help prevent further issues. Their attention to detail, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciate the hard work and excellent service Fernando and Tyrese provided. If you ever need restoration services, I highly recommend Paul Davis Property Restoration and this team. Great people who genuinely care about their customers!

I have found this company's customer service to be hamdled with great professionalism. Fernando Smith was sent to my home to inspect damages of my home office after a flood. He approached the entire process very knowledgeable and with the utmost consideration. He took his time to explain his company's complete process step by step. The next day received a call from Raymond as a follow-up to the visit. He was very kind and not pushy. I will be back from my review when work is completed
