I hope you never have to use a water mitigation or restoration company, but if you do, Pronto Restoration is definitely the one-stop shop to call. Cooper was great to work with from the very beginning. What really stood out to me was that while I was still getting quotes and hadn’t even decided which company I was going to hire, Cooper had a couple of extra drying fans on hand and offered to leave them running at my house. I hadn’t signed anything or committed to using Pronto yet. That small gesture went a long way and showed me the type of customer service and care I could expect from them. Once I hired Pronto, they absolutely delivered. They were prompt, professional, easy to communicate with, and did excellent work. They went above and beyond with the repairs and restoration, and when everything was finished, it honestly looked like nothing had ever happened. Great customer service, great workmanship, and a company that genuinely takes care of its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Cooper and Pronto Restoration again. Highly recommend!
I had a leak at the office at 8pm and on a Sunday of all days. I called multiple places near me and no one could come out. Randomly I was able to speak to cooper over at pronto restoration. I didn’t realize they were 45 minutes away from my office. However, they made the trip out here at 11 PM at night. Helped with excavation, open up part of the drywall to get airflow, and set up fans and humidifier to reduce moisture. Because of everyone’s quick thinking and action, We were able to dry everything up over night. They came back a few days later to finish up with drywall repair and make sure everything was left in great shape. These guys are awesome and I am forever grateful for what They did for us.
