Jimmy Santiago was recommended to me by my trusted realtor to perform a mold remediation job on my father's home we were selling. I am out of state and thus timely communication and trust was very critical. Jimmy did not let me down. He provided a detailed estimate for the job and after my approval had his team out to the home within just a couple of days working the job. They performed demo, mold treatment and build back within a week. We passed the mold testing with no issues. In addition we had some very serious rust stains on the carpet in one of the bedrooms that he magically corrected 100%.
