Before 2 AM my alarm company notified me that my flood alarms were going off. I went down to my lower level and there was a lot of water. I called Complete Restoration and they immediately engaged. Robert showed up first and was extremely helpful he worked very hard and went above and beyond what he needed to do. He would join by Isaac who was also great. They contacted the water company for me and a plumber also. I am very grateful for their quick response and professional work and look forward to working with them on restoring the area.

That’s exactly what we are getting with Complete. So far our personal property has all been evaluated for salvaged/non-salvaged items and removed from our home. The Property Contents Team has been exceptional. Joel, Judy, Emily, Mary, and I’m sure others who I didn’t catch their name, have shown compassion, professionalism, have offered a friendly smile, all while under intense heat, unbearable smoke odor, wearing masks and yet have been there, offering their continuous help and guidance. Jake, George, Niko, Julian who have tried to minimize further damage from the elements to our home have stepped up 100%. All Complete employees consistently answer all my calls, messages. We’ve only just begun, but from what I’ve seen so far, the reconstruction of our home will be in excellent hands.
