I have so much to say, that I have no clue where to start! But words cannot explain how grateful we are for Gerry and his amazing team. They are not just a business, they are people who care about their customers and will go the extra mile to serve them. Picture this, imagine being overseas during the pandemic when your water filter in your fridge bursts and nobody knows about this for a couple of weeks. Yup. Our WHOLE first floor was flooded. Our insurance put us in front of PuroClean and Gerry and his team took care of EVERYTHING, while we were out of town for over a month. They did the entire restoration, gutted our house and took extreme care to make sure that our house was in a perfect state to rebuild. While we had a traumatic experience, Gerry and his team made it feel seamless! And their expertise and professionalism is second to none. So why am i write 4 years later?? Because I'm lazy! And I never took the time to give PuroClean a ringing endorsement. AND we recently used their services a couple of weeks ago and the same standard of high quality, exceptional customer service, and expertise was there.
