Jordan and his team were great! They came out on a weekend to inspect the job and got started right away. There was one issue with the stove during removal but before I could ask them about it they already addressed and remediated the problem. These guys are legit! I had a water leak 2 days after Christmas and Jordan came out (on a Saturday! During a holiday weekend!) and absolutely set my mind at ease. We had flooring and drywall damage on two levels of our home, he explained the whole process. For any women who are also head of household- I felt totally comfortable with Jordan, Ben and his crew at all times. They were respectful, and did not demean me or ask to speak to a man(IYKYK). Even though it was a really stressful time, Flood & Fire Pros dealt directly with my insurance for the claim and made it super easy for me. Recommend 1000x over!
