I really appreciated how quickly RNR was able to come out on a Saturday. Josh Giles, my primary contact, was a good communicator and very helpful and respectful. He also waited to hear from me before returning to my property. I needed to talk with my insurance company before going forward with work, and I encourage anyone with water problems to talk with insurance before allowing work to be done. There are two people named Josh at R N R. The other project manager named Josh showed up at my property without giving notice, at his convenience. I was driving and did not have phone service for a short time. I asked in text that he give respectful adequate notice to my family member to open the house to a stranger. I appreciate Josh Giles very much but the other project manager showing up whenever he wanted makes me not want to deal with this company any more.
I was referred to Ready Now Restoration by a plumber after a water leak was discovered. Josh L, the project manager arrived with 45 min. I greatly appreciate his direct and upfront communication style. He always showed up promptly and followed up on everything he said he was going to do. Josh L and his entire crew were caring, respectful, and professional I can’t thank Josh L and his crew enough. I will definitely recommend RNR!!!
Quick mitigation steps to prevent mold. Great office staff. Poor communication by field staff and numerous issues with repair that led to early cancellation of services. Highly recommend for quick response to mitigation, do not recommend for repair. Edit following owner response: When I brought up my concerns and stopped work I was told one of the owners got involved and were "pissed (at the issues) and taking it personally." Which led to zero further communication beyond a bill *6* weeks later. A bill that included so many charges for services unrendered I had to speak to two people and still ended up paying for services not performed just to be done with it. You had multiple opportunities to make it better. Nothing was done. Amending my review from 2 to 1 star for continued empty words to sound good.
