It has been such an amazing process by such a great team of professionals in the industry to witness the restoration process since the damage in our office. They were there so quickly to extract the water and begin the repair process. Danny, David, Jennifer, and their entire team were so helpful from the beginning to explain the process and were always prompt to make certain every part of the work going on was done timely and proficiently. I cannot recommend this company enough. From beginning to end I have been continuously impressed. David and Danny have always been avaliable to me, day or night, to answer any questions/concerns. They have went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied and included us in every step of the process. The contents division was phenomenal! Jennifer, Stephanie, and Alysha are amazing and took better care of my belongings than I probably do. They were professional and quick. Beyond what they were able to do in my home, I now consider them friends and plan to stay in touch frequently! Everyone that had a hand in the restoration of my home took pride in their work and it shows. My home is better than before and I couldn't be happier that they were two months ahead of schedule, assuring that my family is home in time for the holidays.
