Update: From start to finish, our job was handled right. Our entire basement was had to be gutted and redone due to a water leak. We can’t believe the transformation; it is beyond our expectations. Dale was very helpful on the insurance front; he dealt with everything so we didn’t have to. Lance managed the project perfectly making sure that everything was done correctly…and Miles: wow. He wore the boots on the ground every day. There was no stone untouched. We are very thankful that the work is complete, and Trinity did a wonderful job. Workers were prompt, courteous, and thorough. I highly recommend this company.
Overall we are very happy with our remodeling project. Jerry was very helpful and consistent throughout the project. The quality of the workmanship of Sebastian and his crew was very good. Our major criticism during the project was timeliness related to communication across workers. We’re excited to be back in our house, and we love the results!
