From our amazing countertops, to our ultra-spacious cabinets, appliances and backsplash, Allie and her crew did more than hit it out of the park, they transformed it into a beautiful, modern kitchen, with top shelf amenities, and a look that will last longer than we will. The professionalism, communication and craftsmanship they used, shows, and they not only did it in timely fashion but on budget, with the best care to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen, and we are thankful for the wonderful folks at Rocky Top and the for the amazing job they did. Working with Allie and the team at Rocky Top Restoration was absolutely a blessing! From the initial consult and estimate, through communication with our insurance company, to the final repair, the process was smooth and exceeded our expectations. Even though our job was small compared to others, we always felt like a priority!
Thanksgiving weekend we had a water leak that took out our flooring, some of the walls and part of our cabinets in the kitchen. Allie and the crew came in and got the damage cleared out quickly and efficiently, and then Gina worked with us to navigate the insurance hurdles to make sure we had what we needed so that we could get the kitchen repairs done in a timely manner even in the midst of the holidays. They communicated with us at every step and helped us design the new kitchen. They are honest, knowledgeable and efficient, and kept us updated at every step. Our new kitchen looks fabulous! We also had them replace a set of deck doors that we had been putting off and they made that process a breeze as well.
