Thanksgiving weekend we had a water leak that took out our flooring, some of the walls and part of our cabinets in the kitchen. Allie and the crew came in and got the damage cleared out quickly and efficiently, and then Gina worked with us to navigate the insurance hurdles to make sure we had what we needed so that we could get the kitchen repairs done in a timely manner even in the midst of the holidays. They communicated with us at every step and helped us design the new kitchen. They are honest, knowledgeable and efficient, and kept us updated at every step. Our new kitchen looks fabulous! We also had them replace a set of deck doors that we had been putting off and they made that process a breeze as well. After a major water leak from our water heater, RTR dried the flooring, worked with insurance to get new floors put down and our hardwoods refinished. They are perfect! Additionally, I had them replace the cabinets and counters in our kitchen and they did a great job. Very happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend them!
