We recently had with a water leak that started on the second floor of our home and made its way down to the first floor. Thankfully, we caught it relatively quickly, but water has an unfortunate ability to cause widespread damage in no time. After contacting several water damage restoration companies, we chose DRYmedic Restoration Services of Franklin. Blake responded immediately and arrived the same evening we reached out. From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, thorough, and communicated clearly every step of the way. While I sincerely hope we never face this situation again, I wouldn't hesitate to call Blake and the DRYmedic team if the need ever arises. Here are just a few ways DRYmedic—and especially Blake—truly stood out: - He proactively communicated updates before each visit, including detailed plans and accurate ETAs. - When cutting into the drywall, he worked with surgical precision: sealing off work areas, running an air scrubber to control dust, and using a precision cutter for clean, minimal-impact openings. - He cleaned continuously as he went, keeping disruption, dust/debris, and general mess to an absolute minimum. - He documented everything meticulously—taking plenty of photos and humidity readings—to make our insurance claim process as smooth as possible. TL;DR: Would I use Blake and DRYmedic Restoration Services of Franklin again? Absolutely, without a second thought.
Called and Scott was able to have his team out to my house quickly. I had a few other handyman and no one could identify source of a leak. drymedic fixed it and cleaned out the mold and repaired it. All happened very quick and they were thorough in their work. Great experience.
DryMedic was excellent! Scott, Jenny, Terry, and Blake were wonderful to deal with. Their teams (Joe, Napo, Salomon, Jimmy, and the First Team packers) were all quick, responsive, respectful, and great at what they do. Special shout out to the flooring & paint crew, who went way above and beyond to make my home look great. The repairs were handled fast and done perfectly. I highly recommend them.
