We had a water leak on our refrigerator that buckled some wood flooring. My first thought was that it should be easy to replace a small section of… wrong. The flooring profile isn’t made anymore! With the help of the team at PCR the insurance company covered the entire downstairs. They also covered replacement of the baseboards as it was mdf, which is not made to remove and replace! Their subcontractors were all professional and did great work! I wouldn’t hesitate to call them to help with an insurance claim. They understand the process and know how to talk to the adjuster in their own language. Great experience with them.
