This company has done so much work for me, and they have been amazing. My child overflowed an upstairs toilet badly enough that water came through from upstairs to downstairs. Once my insurance company assigned them, their cleanup crew was out almost immediately, which was such a relief. From the beginning, everyone I worked with was kind, helpful, responsive, and easy to talk to. The damage was extensive, so there was a lot involved in the repairs, including textured ceilings, hardwood flooring, LVT floors, drywall, trim work, painting, fixture reinstallation, and more. I was really impressed with their craftsmanship and how skilled their crews were. The finished work looks beautiful. What I also appreciated was how easy they were to work with whenever I wanted to add something or make a change along the way. They always listened, gave great recommendations, and made everything blend together seamlessly. They were patient, understanding, and always willing to hear me out, even when I took too long choosing materials or changed my mind. Their communication was always thorough and helpful. They also always cleaned up well after themselves, which made a huge difference during a stressful process. And whenever I needed a hand with something small in my personal life, they were helpful with that too, without me even asking. This was a very overwhelming situation, and they made it so much easier. I’m really grateful for their hard work, their kindness, and the quality of what they did. I would absolutely recommend them.
