Our refrigerator had a leak from the water valve. We have no idea how long it leaked but our insurance company recommended Arcus and they were wonderful! Jake, Jerimiah and others came out very quickly and worked so hard to get us cleaned up ASAP. They pulled up the floors, took out cabinets, started fans and dehumidifiers and in a few days we were all dried out. We were VERY pleased with their swift action and personable help. I would recommend them highly. Thanks, guys!
My first mistake - following advice from my claims adjuster and NOT going with Arcus. (Lesson learned) The first contacting company did not work out and Arcus was ready to jump in and pick up where things left off and they have been absolutely phenomenal (Mitigation wise). Their mitigation team (Jake Walker, Jeremiah Painter & Mason Snyder) have been great to work with. These guys are respectful, courteous, and have gotten the job done the right way and on time. I hope I don't ever have another home loss, but if that day does come - Jake & Jeremiah will be the first guys I call. Thanks Arcus.
Our house was damaged on July 8, 2024 by a violent storm. Arcus was recommended by our insurance. Richard and his team responded immediately. He stood back and let his team evaluate the damage. They relayed their findings to Richard. Richard told us there was major damage but assured us that they would make it look like new. I kept the faith. After 14 months I am moving back in my house. Richard kept running into obstacles. The biggest was communication between upper level of management of Arcus and the insurance adjuster. Richard pushed to get the house completed. Knowing that my wife was terminal pushed him even harder. He wanted her to see her restored home. She didn’t get that opportunity! Richard was my Project Manager but after this ordeal I call him my friend. Thank you for all you did! It’s all about the money!
