There is no reason to look elsewhere. Had a water leak and several companies provided estimates. Chris, the owner, came personally to do the estimate and found damage where no one else did. He was more thorough and knowledgeable than the others. While not the least expensive, I had the most confidence in him and my confidence was rewarded. Chris and his team did a very professional job of demolition and remediation and he and his crew respected our home and treated it as they would want theirs treated. I found Chris to be completely trustworthy and his advice was spot on. I highly recommend him.
If I could give them a 10/10, I would. The amount of effort that was put in as well as the respect for our home was amazing. As a first time home buyer we weren’t as educated as we should be regarding some of the issues we were having. Chris Pridgen took time out of his day to go step by step on what we were dealing with and how he could help. He was extremely thorough, honest, and straight forward all throughout the entire process. He took care of the mold, installed a new sump pump, routed it outside of the house, put in a dehumidifier, and even sealed it off. To say that I am thankful is an understatement. I will continue to use him on anything I need and will be referring him to anyone that needs help.
Do not use anyone else! The pricing and quality of work is excellent. Chris did a complete inspection and identified exactly what needed to be done. It easily fit my budget compared to other companies and the quality and workmanship exceeded my expectations.
