Peter and Josh were absolutely phenomenal to work with during one of the most stressful situations my family has ever faced. What started as a complete catastrophe with our home flooding was handled with such professionalism, care, and urgency that they truly turned the experience into a positive one. They packed up my entire kitchen for me so I could focus on getting my family into a safe living situation instead of worrying about the overwhelming details inside the home. They treated my home and belongings with incredible respect, and I completely trusted them every step of the way. What stood out most was how much they truly cared. Peter and Josh were in my corner the entire time; professional, polite, reassuring, and always willing to help however they could. Their level of service felt more like a luxury concierge experience than a restoration company, and that says a lot coming from someone in the luxury real estate industry. SERVPRO should feel incredibly proud that Peter and Josh are representing their company. Because of the experience they gave my family, they will absolutely be my go-to recommendation for all of my clients moving forward. I cannot thank them enough
Update: Take a look at the SERVPRO response to my review. Did it read it wrong or did they just confirmed my review. "We bought the company, not their obligations, call corporate" I am going to predict they will not do well under their current management. If you read the reviews I see a lot of OLD reviews. I dealt with a whole different crew 4 years ago and they were fantastic. It's my understanding the franchise was sold to an outfit out of NC. I called to ask a question about work that was done on my home 4 years ago. I was told they didn't have any records and I could call the corporate office. I was told they bought the business NOT the customers. That's poor, really poor. So before you do business with them, think about what happens when they are sold again and you are me and told the same.
