John Rainey and his team with ServPro are outstanding professionals. They arrived at 3:00 am on Good Friday for a major washing machine leak from the 3rd floor into the two downstairs neighbors apartments. They were quick and communicated everything well to myself and the residents. I’ve been a property manager for over 5 years now and they are some of the best to work with. Serve Pro Demo and Mitigation by Steven was the best possible rescue and help I could have had during a disastrous water leak caused my squirrels in my attic space in which the ceiling collapsed and ruined the engineered hardwood floors, basically total destruction. Steven was on it immediately and had dehumidifiers there on day one and dryers and heaters soon thereafter. Steven sent pictures all throughout the entire process, and explained everything thoroughly. I’m a state away, so Steven’s constant communication and reassurance that everything would be ok and he would personally take care of it was exactly what I needed. Steven was sensitive and compassionate during what was obviously a tragedy. The leak and damage was discovered by the inspector who was doing an inspection for a buyer of the house that I had a contract with. I had worked so hard to ready the house for listing and it was in pristine condition. I had no idea squirrels were getting inside. The buyer cancelled the contract which was further loss. I’m hoping the reconstruction crew is as good as Steven on his workers were. ServePro was there when I needed them. Also, the kind lady who took my initial emergency call was professional, prompt, and got Steven to the house quickly. I am grateful to her too. Thank You Steven and ServePro fell being there for me.
