Dan and Adam were outstanding from start to finish. I reached out to Dan for an apartment inspection, and he showed up the next day. By the following day, I had a clear, detailed quote for remediation and duct cleaning and the job was scheduled immediately after approval. Adam handled the work and delivered top notch service. He was professional, efficient and left everything spotless. The resident was so impressed they even called to compliment him! Fast response, seamless process and excellent results!

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. From the beginning, this project was plagued by poor communication, delays, and substandard workmanship. What should have been a straightforward job dragged on far longer than promised, with little regard for my time or the commitments that were made. I repeatedly had to follow up for updates, and appointments were not honored as expected. The quality of the repairs was unacceptable. Many areas were poorly finished and required additional attention, leaving me with little confidence that the work would ever be completed to a satisfactory standard. After giving multiple opportunities to correct the issues, I ultimately decided to hire someone else to finish the job. To make matters worse, the movers the company used damaged several of my personal belongings during the project. Instead of making an already stressful situation easier, the entire experience created even more frustration and inconvenience. As a customer, I expected professionalism, quality workmanship, respect for my home, and accountability. Unfortunately, I received none of those. I felt that my concerns were repeatedly dismissed and that I was not valued as a customer. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to do their research before hiring them. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
