We had water damage from a broken water line inside our home. I notified BOSS of what happened. They responded immediately with a huge truck full of equipment! They work with my insurance company and us to get the repairs done! I highly recommend this group! They did a fantastic job with everything! They moved out all of our furniture, they had their people come in for repairs , when the house was finished. They sent in a team to clean the house and brought back all the furniture and put everything back exactly where it was before the damages.
Boss came out on a Saturday night within about 45 minutes of our call. Jordan B. cleaned up 3 rooms of standing water, got fans and dehumidifiers going right away. He returned each day for several days to ensure our home was drying out properly. Because this wasn’t covered by our insurance, he was able to conservatively remove sections of drywall and insulation to limit damage and repairs as much as he could while still getting us dry. He treated the studs to avoid mold growth. Each day he came into our home with a smile and compassion for us. While we hope to never have another disaster, if we should, I know Jordan will take care of us. Thank you, Jordan . Best of luck to you sir.
We had a major water leak in our house and we called Boss because I remembered their jingle. Jordan came there within 30 minutes of me calling. He had the water out and fans set up in no time. He followed through every day and was able to answer any questions we had. He calmed me down for sure. He assured me that Boss would assist us in any way with the insurance company as well.
