Our daughter recently purchased her first home, only to discover that the sellers had not been honest about previous water leaks and the resulting floor damage. He provided a fair, honest estimate, clearly explained everything, and is now helping us navigate the repairs. Bruce is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, compassionate, and incredibly easy to work with. He takes the time to educate you about the problem, never pressures you into unnecessary work, and genuinely wants what is best for his customers. This isn't our first experience with ServiceMaster. Several years ago, our kitchen flooded, and our insurance company initially refused to cover the damage. Bruce took the time to review everything with us, explained why the claim should be covered, and gave us the information and documentation we needed to make a strong case. Thanks to his expertise and guidance, our insurance company ultimately approved the claim and covered the unexpected costs. Finding a contractor with integrity can be difficult, but Bruce and his team are the real deal. They are honest, dependable, highly skilled, and truly care about the people they serve.
