The reason why these guys are getting 5 stars from us is because of Kenny, Kaleb, and Malik. Kenny has gone above and beyond what would be considered reasonable expectations as our point of contact, and has truly been the kindest person to work with. Kaleb and Malik truly outdid themselves when in our home. As a cat parent to two, they went out of their way to become friends with our animals. I know this is a random thing to bring up considering this is a restoration company, but I truly believe you can tell the character of people based on how they treat animals, and I would say those two have the sweetest and most respectful characters. As far as work went, both of them (and Kenny) explained everything and answered every question we had regarding the process. They also worked with our schedules which was amazing as we are two very busy people. To the both of you, thank you for your hard work, your kindness, and your occasional early morning chats in our kitchen. And to Kenny, thank you for everything. I will forever appreciate your support during this process, and your dedication to not only building consumer relationships but excelling at doing so. If anyone ever had an issue, Kenny is the one to call. I can’t recommend the three of these guys enough.

Kenny and Crew, You did an exceptional job putting our kitchen back together! When the other team left and headed to a larger job, you kindly stepped in. You walked in to a hard situation and a disgruntled homeowner and quickly got to work. You put the cabinets, dishwasher, sink, and everything else back in place. I saw your crew checking over their work and constantly using levels to be precise. Also, you left the kitchen spotless. I witnessed your crew sweeping, using paper towels and water to clean up the floor and wipe down countertops until no dust remained. They paid great attention to detail.
