We recently had some work completed by the kind folks at Kingsley. Angel, Erick, Teddy and Armando Did fantastic work. They are true professionals and very kind gentlemen. We are no longer young and I’m sure that there are aspects of their business that don’t fully comprehend. They took time to explain what they were doing and why. One thing that really impressed was the fact they came on the day and at the time they said they would. The did quality work and left out house completely clean after the work was complete. We would highly recommend this team to perform their services in your home. You can trust them and should be the only company you need to call. We had an amazing experience with Kingsley Water Damage Repair! Jojo & Austin were professional friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. They arrived on time explained the entire process clearly, and worked efficiently to get our home cleaned up and restored after all the damage. Their whole staff including the receptionist I believe her name was Jane was so helpful. I’d definitely recommend Kingsley to anyone who needs water damage repair or cleanup services.

After sewage backed up into my closet, I had no idea what to do. So I looked online and read that I needed a damage mitigation team, but the sewage backup happened at 11: 00 p.m. So I needed someone to be on the scene as fast as possible. That's where I found Kingsley. I called in my problem and then they were here within 2 hours which is understandable because are all the way in Columbia now I'm in darlington. Angel and Mr. Ted were on the scene as fast as possible and they put up a whole bunch of dehumidifiers to prevent the damage. After they left they said that they would be back in the next day, which they were. I was in contacted by Miss Jean who helped coordinate appropriate times for the team to come by and do what they need to do and she was a pleasure to every time I talk to her. Mr. Tim came by and tore down the entire room with help from Mr. Ted And they were extremely respectful the entire time it turned out it was a lot more work than what they were expecting, but they did it with no complaints and they were very commutative and open about what I need to do to repair my home. Kingsley works with me over the course of a month and a half and we finally were able to strip out the all the affected areas and now all the areas are primed and ready for rebuilding with as much damage prevented as possible. I quite enjoyed my experience for Kingsley. They were professional, kind and always respectful. If you need a damage mitigation company, I recommend Kingsley
