I called the telephone # & Tracey with the beautiful voice asked me a question, I didn’t know who I was calling! I told her I needed someone to help me with an unknown water leak that had stopped. Tracey checked to see if Hopkins was in their area She assured me that I had the right # for help to the problem. She then informed me there wb no charge for the service. She took all my pertinent info & called & talked to someone on the phone & asked “if today was available, I said “yes” time, 08:30.Is the time I chose. Tracey was absolutely Outstanding with her knowledge of my situation. Thank you Tracey. Well @ 08:35 Ben rang the doorbell & my son greeted him & they continued to the great room where the leak had started & stopped. I wasn’t there for the conversation but my son told me that he used some sort of instrument to check the ceiling, scanned for standing water, took oictures & said it wasn’t there. Then they headed upstairs, checked the bedroom next to the bathroom, then the bathroom & the laundry room. Found the leak & informed my son the best way to complete this job was to cut a hole into the bedroom closet. They headed downstairs . Be told my son that the company doesn’t do those type of repairs but he knew names of companies that did & would text them to him. He did & we contacted one of them. Excellent company that takes care of business. I am so happy we called them. Thank you Tracey & Ben for a job well done!!
Janese was wonderful at scheduling my unfortunate leak caused by a siding screw infiltrating an upstairs bathroom drainage pipe. I hope the service will be as knowledgeable and polite as she was. 5 stars
