Tyler Shockley with SP South/West Charleston & Global DRT was fantastic to work with after we had a water intrusion issue at one of our rental properties. He was on top of it from the start, kept us updated throughout the entire process, and got everything fixed quickly and correctly. Arrived to home to find water had leaked through two floors from attic air handler with a loose condensate fitting. Water damaged on expensive rug, furniture on first floor. Water damage in bathroom on second floor & attic. Called Servpro at 5pm. John had a team out to Kiawah by 6pm. Cade, the site manager, Reggie, Ezekiel and Nick wasted no time rolling back carpets, moving furniture, putting out dehumidifiers and fans. Drying & saving the wood floor in the living room and next day removing ceilings, so they would dry out and mold would not start. They protected the furniture, the floors and did an amazing job communicating and above all staying calm and positive throughout the whole process. I will definitely call them again if I need to. Hopefully I won’t, but they were truly angels coming to the rescue that night. Cade was especially good at communicating, organizing his team, taking care with furnishings, rugs, etc. I would highly recommend them if you ever have a disaster to clean up!!!
Tyler did an outstanding job! He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, arrived on time, and made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I truly appreciate his hard work and excellent customer service.
