I can’t say enough good things about Ezekiel and Reginald from SERVPRO. I had a refrigerator/freezer fail, which turned into a nightmare involving spoiled food, maggots, and an overwhelming odor throughout the lower level of the house. They showed up promptly, were completely professional, and never once made me feel embarrassed about the situation. They thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the freezer inside and out, took care of every last detail, and completely eliminated the odor. The difference was unbelievable—when they finished, it was like night and day. They also set up odor-remediation equipment and explained everything they were doing along the way. What impressed me most was their attitude. They were respectful, hardworking, and treated the home with care even though the job was anything but pleasant. They turned what had been one of the most stressful home disasters I’ve dealt with into something manageable. If you ever need SERVPRO, I highly recommend asking for Ezekiel and Reginald. They were outstanding, and I’m incredibly grateful for their help.
