SERVPRO of Mount PleasantFire Damage Restoration in Charleston, SC

ServPro of Downtown Charleston & Mt. Pleasant responded to two flooding events on October 1st and October 4th, unloaded their equipment and have been unresponsive and unreliable from the beginning. Gerardo Ramos, project manager, was unresponsive stating that they could not gain entry into the house while he understood that the house remained unlocked and a family member was standing by to let him in. After work was finally complete and ServPro prepared one report for my insurance company, I paid an invoice of $11,410 for their work. My insurance company later requested that ServPro split their report between the two separate flood events on Oct 1, 2025, and Oct 4, 2025. ServPro have been nonresponsive after repeated email requests. Finally, Rachael Leviner, Operations Manager, reached out and promised to split the report three weeks ago but to date, there has been no response, email or work product. ServPro was efficient only to submit their invoice and demand payment within 14 days of their invoice. I paid on time. Unfortunately, they drop you once they get paid. At the time of this review, I have not received an email response or the report split between two flooding events.

Both Justin Strickland and contractor/work crews were attentive and specific on work and materials needed for our repair & replacement after water leak damage. Very pleased with completed work. Completed timely and very professionally. We are quite pleased with all work done for ceiling repair and wood floor replacement. Definitely will recommend ServPro of Charleston/Mt Pleasant.

I had an excellent experience with this restoration and cleaning company. Ivan was professional from start to finish—arrived promptly, explained the entire process clearly, and handled my home with care. He removed all the water damage, deep-cleaned the affected areas, and restored everything back to its original condition. My place has never looked better. I would definitely use them again!
