I had a flood in my kitchen and they stepped up and made the kitchen look amazing. They were very understanding And patient with an old woman with different ideas. We had to have our kitchen/pantry floor redone thanks to a burst pipe. There was an issue with the initial installation. When I sent pictures to the manager Sean, he sent John and Isaiah to fix the problem. John was team lead and his expertise was noticeable.
