Had some water damage to our kitchen and bathroom and had PRIME Restoration come out and take care of our situation. They did a phenomenal job!! The entire team of guys were very personable, professional and helpful. Antonio, Jorge, and Juan really made this step of the process so easy. They all worked hard to get this job done. Our project manager, Jay Mercer, also explained everything to us very professionally and made us feel comfortable with everything that was going to happen. We highly recommend this company!
Had ice dams from this year’s past winter storms causing water damaged throughout second floor. What I thought was going to be an aggravating and frustrating process of dealing with insurance and contractors turned out to be quick, efficient and seamless. My insurance suggested Prime so I went with them. I only spoke with insurance company once when I set up claim. Later that day, prime was already at my house with air dryers and blowers. Once project was started, it was actually a pleasant experience. Having Steve as my project manager was amazing. He handled all calls to different contractors and insurance company. He was informative and caring. Gave me timelines that were accurate. If I had any questions or concerns he returned calls and text timely and any corrections were made immediately. Once a certain job was started, it was finished, whether it was one day or two or three. It wasn’t started then left hanging for a week. All contractors were polite and professional. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family if they ever need any work done. Simply the best.
The team at PRIME Restoration & Remediation has done an incredible job fixing up my water-logged basement after a pipe burst. Don Farrow got the project started, and Joe Desrosiers was really helpful all the way through. He and his crew (John Mercurio, Colby, Jay, Alonzo, Wally) left me with a positively beautiful basement.
