The team at PRIME Restoration & Remediation has done an incredible job fixing up my water-logged basement after a pipe burst. Absolutely phenomenal experience working with Prime. My home suffered two separate water related insurance claims and Prime's Remediation team was at the scene within hours of the call. Jay Mercer, our remediation & mitigation contact came to the house multiple times within truly an hours notice when we experienced more and more damage. Jay was absolutely phenomenal and if we ever had water related issues in our home again- he would be the first person I called. From there, we continued on with Prime for the Restoration process and were assigned Mike Diette as our project manager. Mike was a phenomenal communicator, incredibly timely & prompt, very detail oriented and got the job done in record time to assist our family in a very tough time. Mike was always available to chat, provided thorough updates, processed everything quickly with the town inspectors and compliantly, and brought us to pre-loss condition incredibly quickly. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Prime and although I hope we never have any more home related damage, they will be the first people we call if we do. Thank you SO much to the whole team for phenomenal service!!!
I'd give zero stars if I could. They hired terrible subcontractors who ruined my house. Supposed to be a week job and three months later I'm now fixing their mistakes after firing them. Sue who runs prime could care less. Rug had to be replaced twice! Then fixed a third time! Walls and floors they had to come back 8 times and still messed up. Don't waste your time with them!
