Honestly all the nice words still wouldn't be enough to describe how great of an experience it was working with Initial Response Restoration. From the phone call to the on-the-job experience. They were fast to respond to my emergency call, knowledgeable with a on the spot action plan for my particular situation. Showed up within the hour, found the problem contained the leak, all under 2 hours. They displayed a level of professionalism and work ethic that I haven't seen in a very long time. Nick was professional, responsive, and made the whole process so much easier for me! He communicated with my insurance and made sure everything went smoothly. I had water damage due to a storm and even though they had to do a lot of work including opening up the ceiling, drying it out, and rebuilding it, they finished it in minimal time (in the middle of a New England winter, mind you) and they took care to ensure we could still stay in the house comfortably. Hopefully I won't have to deal with another water damage situation but if I do, I will be contacting them again!
