I had the best experience with Tayla and the team during a really stressful time. We found mold in our home shortly after bringing our newborn home, and I was so worried about getting it taken care of quickly. Tayla was so reassuring and made the whole process feel manageable. She truly cared about making sure everything was safe for our baby and kept me updated every step of the way. The technicians were incredible—on time, respectful, and super organized. They worked around my husbands hectic work schedule and still managed to get everything done fast without cutting corners. This company was suggested by our plumber to open up some walls for pipe replacement. Communication was a pain point throughout the entire job and it took months after the job was finished to even gain clarity on what the estimated quote for work might be. As we bring contractors in to close up the walls it is clear that more walls were opened up than needed and that they were more interested in the money grab for the job closing up the walls than caring for our home and communicating about costs along the way. I would steer clear of working with Rob or this company if you are in CT.

Ec restore came to help remove a ceiling from my bathroom. Henry and Rene were both incredibly professional and clean with their work as well as lovely to have in my home. Would absolutely recommend.
