RestoPros of Providence was great! Dan was so kind and understanding during an incredibly stressful time. I had a very specific concern which he kindly took it upon himself to handle personally. They came out immediately to survey the damage and set up a dehumidifier and air scrubber. The tech Justin was in and out over three days. The job ended up being bigger than initially expected, but he worked long days around other jobs to get me back into my apartment asap. The work was done very cleanly with minimal mess which was impressive for such a messy job including mold. I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend!
As this was our first experience with Mold remediation, both Dan & Justin answered all of our questions regarding the process. Justin spent significant time both on the phone to gather details regarding our specific situation, and in person during the remediation. I appreciate doing business with such a reputable company, and the fact that it is Veteran Owned is a bonus. Thank you for your service to our country, and for the great work done in my home to make it a healthier place to live. Will defiantly refer and recommend this company.
Our circumstances under which we became familiar with RestoPros was unfortunate, however, now we are able to recommend this company with complete confidence. Within minutes of our pipe burst, they were at our doorstep, fully prepared to assist with our horrible mishap. Sean was amazing. He was completely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. And when it came to the ceiling removal, his work ethic never wavered. He, along with his manager, had the ceiling removed, not leaving a spec of dust in their wake, in just a couple of hours. We are super impressed with RestoPros !!
