RestoPros of Providence was great! Dan was so kind and understanding during an incredibly stressful time. I had a very specific concern which he kindly took it upon himself to handle personally. They came out immediately to survey the damage and set up a dehumidifier and air scrubber. The tech Justin was in and out over three days. The job ended up being bigger than initially expected, but he worked long days around other jobs to get me back into my apartment asap. The work was done very cleanly with minimal mess which was impressive for such a messy job including mold. I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend!
Our circumstances under which we became familiar with RestoPros was unfortunate, however, now we are able to recommend this company with complete confidence. Within minutes of our pipe burst, they were at our doorstep, fully prepared to assist with our horrible mishap. Sean was amazing. He was completely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. And when it came to the ceiling removal, his work ethic never wavered. He, along with his manager, had the ceiling removed, not leaving a spec of dust in their wake, in just a couple of hours. We are super impressed with RestoPros !!
We had the unfortunate experience of having our valve in the bathroom leak and into our kitchen ceiling. We reached out to Mr rooter and after they left they had Resti Pros come and their technician Justin to assess the damage. Let me just say Justin went above and beyond to not inconvenience us as best he could and was willing to do whatever it takes to make this experience as painless as possible for us. He was an extremely polite young man and very thoughtful. If you need someone in a bad time in your home I highly recommend this company and Justin as well.
