Highly recommend RestoPros of Providence! Sean came to the rescue for an issue in my basement that needed immediate response. He was at my house within an hour. Dan and Sean went above and beyond to respond when one of my pipes flooded into my unit. Sean was able to come over in less than an hour to assess the damage and set up drying equipment, and he followed up promptly and efficiently while working around a major snowstorm, emergency calls related to the storm, and my and my neighbors' schedules. Thanks to his quick response, the area dried out without mold growth and no demo was needed. Dan went the extra mile in helping me taking care of the back end, and both were responsive, friendly, professional, and courteous. RestoPros made a stressful experience a million times easier and they were great to work with!
Our circumstances under which we became familiar with RestoPros was unfortunate, however, now we are able to recommend this company with complete confidence. And when it came to the ceiling removal, his work ethic never wavered. He, along with his manager, had the ceiling removed, not leaving a spec of dust in their wake, in just a couple of hours.
